4. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the following properties
to "IL-2" Major Institutional: Dr. W. F. Roberts Hospital and School,
Sand Cove Road; Millidgeville North High School, Woodward Avenue;
Ridgewood Rehabilitation Centre, Westfield Road; University of New
Brunswick, Saint John Campus, University Avenue; and St. Joseph's
Hospital, St. Vincent's High School, St. Vincent's Convent, St.
Vincent's Church, the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception and
C.Y.O. on Bayard Drive, Cliff Street and Waterloo Street.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed re-zonings.
5. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment to reclassify a parcel of
land approximately 2.8 acres in size, located on the south side of
Boars Head Road, to allow for the construction of two, three-storey
apartment buildings each containing 17 units, as requested by Scottish
Enterprises Ltd.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone said property from "R-2"
One- and Two-Family Residential to "RM-l" Three-Storey Multiple
Residential classification.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee regarding said amendments.
(d) Letter of objection from Mr. Wallace D. Macaulay.
6. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Municipal Plan By-Law amendment to reclassify properties at
24-30 O'Brien Street, owned by Mr. C. J. Adcock, to correct an error
in mapping and to facilitate expansion of an existing building.
(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone said properties from "RM-l"
Multiple Residential to "1-1" Light Industrial Park classification.
(c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee regarding said amendments.
7. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a parcel of land containing
3,256 square feet located at 110 Metcalf Street, to allow conversion of
the space formerly occupied by a plumbing and heating firm to office
space and storage area, as requested by Sterling Investments Ltd.
(b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed re-zoning.
(c) Letter of objection from David and Theresa Wilson.
8. 7.30 p.m. - Presentation on behalf of St. Peter's Parish Council re use of St. Peter's
Ball Park for rock concert during Loyalist Days celebrations (Mr. Louis J.
