(b) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone the said parcels of land from "RS-l" One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential to "pit Park district. (c) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed amendments. 6. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law amendment to re-zone a 2.3 acre portion of a parcel of land located on the south side of Loch Lomond Road, east of St. James Anglican Church, from "RS-2" One- and Two-Family Suburban Residential to "IL-I" Neighbourhood Institutional to permit construction of a Meeting Hall for the Jehovah's Witnesses. (b) Letter from Planning Advisory Committee re proposed re-zoning. 7. 7.00 p.m. - (a) Proposed Zoning By-Law text amendment to say that subsection (2) of Section 146A shall not apply when adjacent residential zoning occurs subsequent to the enactment of the Zon~ng By-Law for the City of Saint John dated November 14, 1977, to remove the restriction that certain industrial uses may not be located within 500 feet of other zones, if a residential zone was created after November 14, 1977.
