2. Mayor's remarks.
_ Proposed amendment to Zoning By-Law to change present building height
limitation of 200 feet to 400 feet in the City's central business district.
- Brief from Saint'John Heritage Trust in opposition to proposed amendment.
- Messrs. Antoine Mazerolle, John Fagen avd William Meltzer to appear to
show cause why 34 St. John Street, Saint John West, should not be removed
or destroyed as a dangerous or dilapidated building.
- Report from Building Inspector re said property.
5. 7.40 p.m. - Committee from Local Union No. 809, International Association of Bridge,
Structurual and Ornamental Iron Workers, requesting ipstallation of traffic
lights on Chesley Drive'in front of Ocean Steel Construction Ltd.
6. 8.00 p.m. - Mr. I. E. Laws of H. R. Doane and Company, presenting Financial Statements
of City to December 31st, 1973.
7. Letter from Redevelopment Officer re agreement with Saint John Harbour Bridge Authority.
