Common Council of the City of Saint John
His Worship Mayor Court, Deputy Mayor Chase and Councillors,
Subject: Committee of the Whole Closed Session Judicial Review of Assessment
and Planning Appeal Board
The Committee of the Whole, having met on March 15, 2010, made the following
recommendation:
"That Common Council hereby ratifies the filling in the Court of Queens's Bench of an
Application by The City of Saint John seeking Judicial Review of the December 16, 2009
decision of the Assessment and Planning Appeal Board in the matter of A.E. McKay
Builders Ltd. v. Planning Advisory Committee of the City of Saint John." and further,
the Clerk be directed to add the item to Council's March 15, 2010 open session agenda as
item 3.1.
