Be it enacted bv the Common Council of
the City of Saint John as follov,-s:
A by-lav,- of the City of Saint John entitled
"A BNT-laN-,- Respecting Water and SeNverage"
enacted on the 7"' dav of June, A.D. 2004, is herebv
amended as follov,-s:
1 Schedules "A" and "B" are repealed and
the folloNving are substituted:

sont remplacees par celles qui figurent aui
presentes.
