Be it enacted by the Common Council of The Lors d'une r6union du Conseil communal, The
City of Saint John as follows: City of Saint John a d6cr&6 ce qui suit :
A By-law of The City of Saint John entitled Par les prdsentes, 1'arr&6 de The City of Saint

enacted on the 7i1' day of June, A.D. 2004, is et d'egouts d6cr6t& le 7 juin 2004, est modifi6
hereby amended as follows: comme suit :
1 Schedules "A", "B" and "C" are repealed and 1 Les annexes <(A « B et « C sont abrogdes et
the following are substituted therefor. sont remplac&es par celles qui figurent aux pr6sentes.

Effective January 181, 2009
Sanitary sewer surcharge
1. The charge for sanitary sewer services is
calculated as 122% of the customer's bill for
water services (including both consumption and
service charges).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The City of Saint John
has caused the Corporate Common Seal of the said
City to be affixed to this by-law the 2nd
day of February, A.D. 2009 signed by:
