A BY-LAW RESPECTING THE
ESTABLISHMENT OF A PLANNING
ADVISORY COMMITTEE
Be it enacted by the Common Council of
The City of Saint John, as follows:

Le conseil communal de The City of
Saint John edicte :
1 This By-law may be cited as The City of 1 Le present arrete peut etre cite sous Ie
Saint John Planning Advisory Committee By-Law. titre: Arrete constituant Ie Comite consultatif de
Saint John en matiere d'urbanisme.
2 A planning advisory committee, consisting
of nine (9) members, is established.
3 A by-law of The City of Saint John enacted
on the fifteenth day of January, 1973 entitled "A
By-Law Respecting The Establishment Of A
Planning Advisory Committee" is repealed on the
coming into force of this by-law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The City of Saint John
has caused the Common Seal of the said City to be
affixed to this by-law the 5th day of January AD.
