Be it enacted bv the Common Council of

"A By-law Relating to the Marlcet In The Citv of
Saint John", enacted on the lgti' dav of MaN-, A.D.
2005 is herebv amended as follows:
1 Amending Section 5(2) by adding the
following llninediatelyr after subsection 5(2)(in):
(n) Stall A
