Saint John décrète ce qui stût :
L'arrêtz concernant la contribution pour
l'alnélioration des affaires de The Citv of Saint
John décrété le 3 janvier 2006 est modif~ié par :
1 Repelling section 2 thereof and inserting 1 l'abrogation de l'article 2 aui présentes et

2 A levyr of 16 cents for each one
hundred dollars of assessed value is hereby-
imposed for 2007 upon non-residential property

valeur fiiée est imposée pour l'année 2007 stu les
immeubles non résidentiels situés à l'intérieur de la
zone d'amélioration des affaires établie en vertu de
l'Ai7-êté n°BIA-1 relatif à la zone d'ainélioration
des affaires édicté le 5 janvier 2004.
