nuisances in the said City", enacted on the 18a~ day
of May, A.D. 2005, is hereby amended as Eollows:
Par les presentes, l'arrete de The City of
Saint John intitule « Arrete visant a reglementer

certaines nuisances dans The City of Saint John
decrete le 18 mai 2005, est rnodifie comme suit:

City of Saint John and includes public streets,
raads, lanes, alleys, squares, ways, places, courts,
viaducts, highways, City owned or controlled lots

Streets, whether accepted by The City of Saint John
or not.

le public, y campris les rues Market Nord et Market
Sud, qu'elles soicnt acceptees ou non par The City
of Saint John.
(b) "Sidewalk" means that portian of a highway or
street between the curb lines or the lateral ]ines of a
roaciway, and the adjacent property lines set apart
far the use of pedestrians, and includes any part of
a highway set apart or marked as being for the
exclusive use ofpedestrians"

any snaw or ice.
