Referring to a submitted report and presentation, the Acting City Manager provided an overview
of the 2010 General Fund and Capital operating budgets and he responded to a question and
feedback from Council members.
Referring to a submitted repo rt, Mr. McGovern presented the 2010 Water and Sewerage budget
and he responded to questions from Council.
Mr. Woods requested that Council provide him with direction with respect to the proposed
budget and he invited Council members to contact him should they have any questions prior to
the next meeting of Council.
On motion of Councillor Titus
Seconded by Councillor McGuire
RESOLVED that a Committee of the Whole be scheduled for January 11,
2010 at 6:00 p.m. for a presentation regarding the 2010 Ope rating Budget.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
