The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Court
Seconded by Councillor Mott
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
of the discussion on the following matter(s): 1.0 Land Matter 10.2(4)(d,g); 1.1 Nominating
Committee 10.2(4)(b); 1.2 Negotiations; 1.3 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f); 1.4 Memorandum of
Agreement 10.2(4)(c,d); 1.5 Property Matter 10.2(4)(c,d); 1.6 Labour Matter 10.2(4)(f)
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
