Minutes of the Portion of the Committee of the Whole Meeting Open to the Public

1. Meetina Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
The Deputy Mayor stated that he is not in favour of item 1.2 Property Matter 10.2(4)(c,d)
appearing on the Committee of the Whole closed agenda.
Mr. Woods advised the Council that by adding item 1.2 Property Matter 10.2(4)(c,d) to open
session, it could jeopardize negotiations leading to an agreement or contract.
On motion of Councillor McGuire
Seconded by Councillor Mott
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matter(s): 1.0 Employment Matter 10.2(4)(j); 1.1
Negotiations 10.2(4)(c,f,g); 1.2 Property Matter 10.2(4)(c,d); 1.3 Legal Opinion 10.2(4)(f); 1.4
Litigation 10.2(4)(f,g,i); 1.5 Property Matter 10.2(4)(c,g); 1.6 Land Matter 10.2(4)(c,d,f); 1.7
Employment Matter 10.2(4)(j); 1.8 Litigation 10.2(4)(g)
Question being taken, the motion was carried
