1. Meetina Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Mott
Seconded by Councillor Snook
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matter(s): 1.1 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.2 Land
Matter 10.2(4)(c,d,f); 1.3 Negotiations 10.2(4)(c,f,g); 1.4 Water Rates 10.2(4)(f); 1.5 Property
Matter 10.2(4)(c,d); 1.6 Legal Opinion 10.2(4)(f)
Question being taken, the motion was carried with Councillors Court, Farren, Sullivan, and Titus
voting nay.
