Minutes of the Portion of the Committee of the Whole Meeting Open to the Public
Monday, September 25, 2009, 7:00 p.m.

Committee of the Whole Open Session
Mr. Beckett explained that the purpose of the meeting was to review the status of Council's
priorities and for Council to provide direction to staff during budget deliberations. Mr. Beckett
noted that staff would also like to like to be given further direction with respect to the priorities,
and that he would like to discuss with whether additional priorities need to be added to the list.
Mr. Becket facilitated a session where Council members provided input into the Council's
priorities and listed what has been accomplished in the last year.
