1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committe e of the Whole meeting to order .
1.0 Procedural Matter
Referring to a submitted report entitled Location of Committee of the Whole Meetings
dated February 2, 2009, the Common Clerk advised Council that there has been some
confusion due to a past resoluti on which stated that all Committee of the Whole
Meetings are required to begin in the Council Chamber.
On motion of Councillor Titus
Seconded by Councillor McGuire
RESOLVED that Council direct the Common Clerk draft a
resolution recommending the locat ion at which the Committee of the Whole Closed and
Open sessions should take place.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Titus
Seconded by Councillor McGuire
RESOLVED that the pub lic be excluded from the meeting
for the duration of the discussion on the following matter(s):
1.1 Nominating Committee

Personnel Issue ; 1.3 Personnel Issue 1.4 Personnel Issue
