1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Deputy Mayor Chase
Seconded by Councillor Mott
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting
for the duration of the discussion on the following matter(s): Contract Negotiations and
Personnel Matter 10.2 4(c,j); Substandard Properties Appeal Committee 10.2(4)(b)
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
