1. Meeting Called To Order
Mayor Court called the meeting to order and gave a brief presentation regarding the question:
“Should the Municipality agree to sell the former Lantic sugar site at fair market value in order to
facilitate a possible transaction between Saint John Port Authority and Irving Oil Ltd?”

Referring to a submitted presentation, Terry Totten gave a brief presentation to Council
regarding the Lantic sugar site.

Lantic Sugar site: Patrick O’Reilly, International Longshoremen’s Association; Ron Olfield,
