1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Titus
Seconded by Councillor McGuire
RESOLVED that the meeting convene in Legal Session to deal
with item 1.1 Litigation Update 10.2(4)(f,g).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
On motion of Councillor Titus
Seconded by Councillor McGuire
RESOLVED that the meeting convene in Committee of the Whole,
closed session to deal with items 1.2 Nominating Committee 10.2(4)(b); 1.3 Appointment
to Committee 10.2(4)(b); 1.4 Staffing Matter Employment Contract 10.2(4)(b,j); 1.5
Property Acquisition -North of Union Development 10.2(4)(d); 1.6 Property -Title Matter
10.2(4)(d,f); and 1.7 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f,g).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
