1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor White
Seconded by Councillor Court
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the Legal Session
for the duration of the discussion on the following matter(s): Legal Advice 10.2(4)(f), and
Legal Opinion 10.2(4)(f,g).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.

The meeting of the Legal Session of Common Council held on January 21, 2008 was
closed to the public pursuant to Section 10.2(4) of the Municipalities Act during the
Council's discussion of the following matter(s): Legal Advice 10.2(4)(f), and Legal
Opinion 10.2(4)(f,g).
