The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Court
Seconded by Councillor McGuire
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matter(s): Request of East Point Inc. to
10.2(4)(f
Present to Council, and Legal Opinion )(Forwarded from November 5, 2007).
Question being taken, the motion was carried, with Councillors Ferguson and Titus
voting nay.
