1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor White
Seconded by Councillor Court
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the

Councillor Ferguson expressed the opinion that the first item, Employment Matter,
should not be in Committee of the Whole.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
