The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor Tait
Seconded by Councillor White
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matter(s): Negotiations - Federal & Provincial
10.2(4)(c); Meetings with Province of New Brunswick 10.2(4)(c) (From Oct 11); Property
Negotiations 10.2(4)(d); Property Negotiations 10.2(4)(d); Property Negotiations
10.2(4)(d).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.

Seconded by Councillor McGuire
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matter(s): Legal Session - Official Languages
Act Litigation 10.2(4)(g)
