The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Deputy Mayor Hooton
Seconded by Councillor McGuire
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matter(s): Personnel Matter 10.2(4)0),
Freedom of the City 10.2(4)(b), Parking By-law Enforcement 10.2(4)(f), Land Issue
10.2(4)(d), Nominating Committee 10.2(4)(b), Legal Session Contract 2005-23 Prince
and Somerset Sts. - Water Main and Sewer Renewal and Storm Sewer Installation
10.2(4)(9), Legal Session Official Languages Act - Litigation 10.2(4)(9).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
