1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
On motion of Councillor Titus
Seconded by Deputy Mayor Hooton
RESOLVED that the record of this Committee of the Whole
meeting confirm that it was convened pursuant to our intention to do so, as formulated
and expressed at the Committee of the Whole meeting of April 23, 2007.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.

RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
10.2(4)(b,c,j).
