Be it enacted by the Common Council of
the City of Saint John as follows:

Le conseil communal de The City of
Saint John decrete ce qui suit:
The Business Improvement Levy By-law L'arrete concernant la contribution pour
of The City of Saint John enacted on the third day l'amelioration des affaires de The City of Saint
of January, 2006, is amended by: John decrete Ie 3 janvier 2006 est modifle par:
1 Repealing section 2 thereof and inseliing
the following:
2 A levy of 16 cents for each one
hundred dollars of assessed value is hereby
imposed for 2007 upon non-residential propeliy
within the Business Improvement Area established
by By-law No. BIA-l Business Improvement Area
By-law enacted on the 5th day of JanualY. 2004.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The City of Saint John
has caused the Common Seal of the said Citv to be
affixed to this by-law the 26th day of FebrualY.

1 l'abrogation de l'aliicle 2 aux presentes et
l'ajout du texte qui suit:
2 Par la presente, une contribution de
16 cents par tranche de cent dollars par rapport a la
valeur fixee est imposee pour l'annee 2007 sur les
immeubles non residentiels situes a l'interieur de la
zone d'amelioration des affaires etablie en veliu de
l'Arrete nO BIA-l relatif a la zone d'amelioration
des affaires edicte Ie 5 janvier 2004.

apposeI' son sceau communal sur Ie present arrete Ie
