The Deputy Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.

Seconded by Councillor Court
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the

duration of the discussion on the following matter(s): Legislation Interpretation
10.2(4)(j); 10.2(4)(d).
