A BY-LAW RESPECTING WATER AND CONCERNANT LES RÉSEAUX D’EAU ET
SEWERAGED’ÉGOUTS
Be it enacted by Common Council of The Le Conseil communal de la City of Saint
City of Saint John, as follows: Johnédicte ce qui suit :
A by-law of The City of Saint John entitled L’arrêté de la City of Saint John intitulé
“A By-law Respecting Water and Sewerage” « Arrêté concernant les réseaux d’eau et d’égouts »
enacted on the 7th day of June, A.D. 2004, is édicté le 7 juin 2004 est par les présentes modifié
hereby amended as follows comme suit :

Schedules “A” and “B” mentioned in Les annexes « A » et « B » mentionnées à
section 44 are repealed, and Schedules “A” and l’article 44 sont abrogées et sont remplacées par les
“B” hereto annexed are substituted. annexes « A » et « B » annexées aux présentes.
