The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
On motion of Councillor White
Seconded by Deputy Mayor Hooton
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the

duration of the discussion on the following matter(s): Nominating Committee
(10.2(4)(b);
Collective Bargaining Negotiations Processes Related to Municipalities Act
10.2(4)(f), 10.2(4)(d).
& Community Planning Act and Land Negotiations
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
