1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.
On motion of Councillor Titus
Seconded by Councillor Tait
RESOLVED that the Clerk be directed to give the appropriate notices of a
Special Meeting of Common Council, open to the public, to be held September 7, at 6:15 p.m. at
the tent on Water Street, to discuss proposed development on Water Street.
Question being taken, the motion was carried.

RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration
