follows:
The Zoning By-law of The City of
Saint John enacted on the fifteenth day of
December, A.D, 2014, is hereby amended
as follows:
1. Section 12 is amended by addi
to Table 12-1 a row immediately aft
in the column labelled "Use" with tj
words "Recreation , Facility" aq
indicating that the permitted zones a
IL and IN4.
2. Subsection 12.1 (1) is amended tffl ]
adding the following wor
"Recreation Facility" immediately aft
the words "Light Industrial Use;" t
3. Subsection 12.2 (1) is amended by
adding the following words
"Recreation Facility;" immediately
after the words "Outdoor Storage,
subject to paragraph
