The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.
1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters
Moved by Deputy Mayor McAlary, seconded by Councillor Reardon:
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion on
the following Matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Agreement Matter 10.2(c); 1.3 Legal
Matter 10.2(4)(f); 1.4 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.5 Land Matter 10.2(4)(d); 1.6 Personal
Matter 10.2(4)(b); 1.7 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f); 1.8 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(b,g); and 1.9 Financial
Matter 10.2(4)(c).
