1. Meeting Called To Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.
1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters
Moved by Deputy Mayor McAlary, seconded by Councillor Armstrong:
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion on
the following matters: 1.1 Code Issue; 1.2 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.3 Employment Matter
10.2(4)(j); 1.5 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.6 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c) and 1.7 Nominating
Committee 10.2(4)(b), 1.8 Correspondence from Premier Gallant; 1.9 Legal Advice 10.2(4)(f);
And that item 1.4 Saint John Transit Reserve Fund is identified as not an item for discussion in
closed session but moved to regular open session.
