The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.
1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters
Moved by Deputy Mayor McAlary, seconded by Councillor Reardon:
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion on
the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Proposed Agreement 10.2(4)(c); 1.3
Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c,d); 1.4 Confidential Information 10.2(4)(e); 1.5 Legal Matter
10.2(4)(f,g) and 1.6 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c).
MOTION CARRIED.

The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on November 27, 2017
