The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.

Moved by Councillor Reardon, seconded by Councillor MacKenzie:
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion on
the following matters: 1.1 Approval of Minutes 10.2(4); 1.2 Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.3
Financial Matter 10.2(4)(c); 1.4 Cities of New Brunswick Update; 1.5 Legal Matter 10.2(4)(f,g,j);
