The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole meeting to order.

On motion of Councillor Trites
Seconded by Councillor Titus
RESOLVED that the public be excluded from the meeting for the
duration of the discussion on the following matters: Property Acquisition 10.2(4)(d);
Property Issue 10.2(4)(d); Legal Session - Potential Litigation 10.2(4)(g); Legal Session-
Administration of The City of Saint John Pension Act 10.2(4)(f); Property Issue - 38 St.
James Street 10.2(4)(c); Property Acquisition - Community Centre 10.2(4)(c); 2004
Management Pay Scale 10.2(4)0); Salary Administration Policy 10.2(4)0); and
Employment Matter 10.2(4)0).
Question being taken, the motion was carried.
