Call to Order The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order. 2. Discussion of Confidential Matters Moved by Councillor Wyatt, seconded by Deputy Mayor MacKenzie: That the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion of the following matters: 4.1 Approval of Minutes of July 27, 2026 - Committee of the Whole Open Session; 4.2 Approval of Minutes of July 27, 2026 - Committee of the Whole Closed Session; 6.1 Land Matter 68(1)(d); 6.2 Legal Opinion 68(1)(f); 6.3 Legal Matter 68(1)(f); 6.4 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); and 6.5 Legal Opinion 68(1)(f). MOTION CARRIED. Record Pursuant to Section 68(1) The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on August 17, 2026, was closed to the public pursuant to Section 68(1) of the Local Governance Act during the Committee’s discussion of the following matters: 4.1 Approval of Minutes of July 27, 2026 - Committee of the Whole Open Session; 4.2 Approval of Minutes of July 27, 2026 - Committee of the Whole Closed Session; 6.1 Land Matter 68(1)(d); 6.2 Legal Opinion 68(1)(f); 6.3 Legal Matter 68(1)(f); 6.4 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); and 6.5 Legal Opinion 68(1)(f).
