I, JONATHAN TAYLOR, of the City of Saint John in the County of Saint John
and Province of New Brunswick, DO HEREBY CERTIFY: -
1. That I am the City Clerk of the said City of Saint John, 15 Market Square, P.O.
Box 1971, Saint John, N.B. E2L 41_1 and as such have the custody of the minutes and
records of the Common Council of the said City of Saint John and of the Common
Seal of the said City.
2. That hereto attached and marked "A" is a true copy of a by-law entitled "By -
Law Number C.P. 111-216 A Law to Amend the Zoning By -Law of the City of Saint
John", enacted by the Common Council of the City of Saint John on the 23rd day of
February, A.D. 2026.
3. That hereto attached and marked "B" is a copy of a resolution adopted at a
meeting of the said Common Council of the City of Saint John held on the 23`d day
of February, A.D. 2026.
4. Whereas on February 23, 2026 Common Council gave third reading to "By-
law CP 111-216 A Law to Amend the Zoning By-law of the City of Saint John"
amending Schedule "A", the Zoning Map of the City of Saint John, by rezoning a
parcel of land having an area of approximately 5.5 hectares, located at 0 Rex Hurley
Boulevard, also identified as a portion of PID numbers 00302778 and 00420802
from Rural (RU) to Mini -Home Park (RP).
S. Whereas the parcel of land having the PID number 00420802 was subdivided
into two parcels upon the filing of plan number 47049904 on March 24, 2026. Upon
the filing of plan 47049904, Parcel "A" was designated as PID 55246706 (formerly
a portion of PID 00420802), which land is apparently owned by: 632504 New
Brunswick Ltd. and the remnant portion of PID 00420802 is land apparently owned
by: Transportation and Infrastructure.
6. That I have carefully compared the said by-law with the original and the same
is a true copy thereof.

LAW
OF THE CITY OF SAINT JOHN
Be it enacted by The City of Saint John in
Common Council convened, as follows:
The Zoning By-law of The City of Saint John
enacted on the fifteenth day of December, A.D.
2014, is amended by:
1. Rezoning a parcel of land having an area
of approximately 5.5 hectares identified
as a portion of PID 00302778 and
00420802 from Rural (RU) to Mini -Home
Park (RP) on Schedule A, Zoning Map of
The City of Slant John.
all as shown on the plan attached hereto
and forming part of this by-law.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF The City of
Saint John has caused the Corporate Common
Seal of the said City to be affixed to this by-law
the 231 day of February, A.D. 2026 and signed
