I, JONATHAN TAYLOR, of the City of Saint John in the County of Saint John
and Province of New Brunswick, DO HEREBY CERTIFY: -
1. That I am the City Clerk of the said City of Saint John, 15 Market Square, P.O.
Box 1971, Saint John, N.B. E2L 4L1 and as such have the custody of the minutes and
records of the Common Council of the said City of Saint John and of the Common
Seal of the said City.
2. That hereto attached and marked "A" is a true copy of a by-law entitled "By -
Law Number C.P. 106-44 A Law to Amend the Municipal Plan By -Law", enacted by
the Common Council of the City of Saint John on the 23rd day of February, A.D.
2026.
3. That hereto attached and marked "B" is a copy of a resolution adopted at a
meeting of the said Common Council of the City of Saint John held on the 231 day
of February, A.D. 2026.
4. Whereas on February 23, 2026 Common Council gave third reading to "By -
Law Number C.P. 106-44 A Law to Amend the Municipal Plan By -Law" redesignating
on Schedule "A" of the Municipal Development Plan, land having an approximate
area of 5.5 hectares identified as a portion of PID 00302778 and 00420802, from
Rural Resource Area and Park and Natural Area, to Stable Area; and redesignating
on Schedule "B" of the Municipal Development Plan, land having an approximate
area of 5.5 hectares identified as a portion of PID 00302778 and 00420802 from
Rural Resource and Park and Natural Area to Stable Residential, and extending the
boundaries of the Primary Development Area (PDA) to include this land.
5. Whereas the parcel of land having the PID number 00420802 was subdivided
into two parcels upon the filing of plan number 47049904 on March 24, 2026. Upon
the filing of plan 47049904, Parcel "A" was designated as PID 55246706 (formerly
a portion of PID 00420802), which land is apparently owned by: 632504 New
Brunswick Ltd. and the remnant portion of PID 00420802 is land apparently owned
by: Transportation and Infrastructure.
6. That I have carefully compared the said by-law with the original and the same
is a true copy thereof.

Be it enacted by The City of Saint John in
Common Council convened, as follows:
The Municipal Plan By-law of The City of Saint
John enacted on the 30th day of January, A.D.
2012 is amended by:
Redesignating on Schedule "A" of the
Municipal Development Plan, land
having an approximate area of 5.5
hectares identified as a portion of PID
00302778 and 00420802, from Rural
Resource Area and Park and
Natural Area, to Stable Area;
2. Redesignating on Schedule "B" of the
Municipal Development Plan, land
having an approximate area of 5.5
hectares identified as a portion of PID
00302778 and 00420802 from Rural
Resource and Park and Natural
Area to Stable Residential, and
extending the boundaries of the
