1. Call to Order
The Deputy Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.
1.1 CAO Update (Verbal) - NB Provincial Security Act Consultation (Recommendation: CotW
Open Session)
The CAO provided an update.
Moved by Councillor Sullivan, seconded by Councillor Moore:
That the submitted correspondence be received for information.
MOTION CARRIED.
2. Discussion of Confidential Matters
Moved by Councillor Sullivan, seconded by Councillor Wyatt:
That the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion of the following
matters: 4.1 Approval of Minutes - June 15, 2026; 6.1 CAO Update: 6.1.1 Financial Matter 68(1)(c);
6.1.2. Financial Matter 68(1)(c); and 6.2 Legal Matter 68(1)(f).

The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on July 6, 2026, was
closed to the public pursuant to Section 68(1) of the Local Governance Act during the
