1. Call to Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.
1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters
Moved by Councillor Killen, seconded by Deputy Mayor MacKenzie:
That the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion of the following
matters: 2.1 Approval of Minutes - April 20, 2026; 2.2 Approval of Minutes - April 27, 2026; 5.1
Personal Information 68(1)(b); 5.2 Labour Matter 68(1)(j); 5.3 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); 5.4
Financial Matter 68(1)(c); 7.1 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); and 7.2 Financial Matter 68(1)(c).
