PLAN BY-LAW
Be it enacted by The City of Saint John in
Common Council convened, as follows:
The Municipal Plan By-law of The City of Saint
John enacted on the 30th day of January, A.D.
2012 is amended by:
1. Redesignating on Schedule "A" of the
Municipal Development Plan, land having
an approximate area of 8,360 square
metres, located at 358 '/2 Rothesay
Avenue, also identified as part of PID
55183875, from Park and Natural Area to
Employment Area.
2. Redesignating on Schedule "B" of the
Municipal Development Plan, land having
an approximate area of 8,360 square
metres, located at 358 '/2 Rothesay
Avenue, also identified as part of PID
55183875, from Park and Natural Area to
Commercial Corridor.
