Call to Order The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order. 1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters Moved by Councillor Stewart, seconded by Deputy Mayor MacKenzie: That the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion of the following matters: 2.1 Approval of Minutes - March 23, 2026; 5.1 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); 7.1 CAO Update: 7.1.1 Employment Matter 68(1)(j), 7.1.2 Financial Matter 68(1)(c), 7.1.3 Legal Opinion 68(1)(f); and 7.2 Legal Opinion 68(1)(f). MOTION CARRIED.
