1. Call to Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.
1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters
Moved by Councillor Darling, seconded by Councillor Radwan:
That the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion of the following
matters: 2.1 Approval of Minutes – March 9, 2026; 5.1 Land Matter 68(1)(d); 5.2 Land Matter
68(1)(d); 5.3 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); and 7.1 Land Matter 68(1)(d).
MOTION CARRIED.
Record Pursuant to Section 68(1)
The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on March 23, 2026, was
closed to the public pursuant to Section 68(1) of the Local Governance Act during the
Committee’s discussion of the following matters: 2.1 Approval of Minutes – March 9, 2026; 5.1
Land Matter 68(1)(d); 5.2 Land Matter 68(1)(d); 5.3 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); and 7.1 Land
Matter 68(1)(d).
