Call to Order The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order. 1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters Moved by Councillor Killen, seconded by Councillor Stewart: That the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion of the following matters: 2.1 Approval of Minutes - May 23, 2023; 6.1 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); 6.2 Employment Matter 68(1)(b,f); 6.3 Legal Matter 68(1)(f); 6.4 Legal Matter 68(1)(f); 6.5 Financial Matter 68(1)(c,f); and 6.6 Employment Matter 68(1)(b,f). MOTION CARRIED.
