1. Call to Order
The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.
1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters
Moved by Deputy Mayor MacKenzie, seconded by Councillor Sullivan:
That the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion of the following
matters: 2.1 Approval of Minutes - February 23, 2026; 5.1 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); 7.1
Confidential Matter 68(1)(e); 7.2 Legal Matters 68(1)(f); 7.3 Personal Information 68(1)(b); 7.4
Financial Matter 68(1)(c); and 7.5 Employment Matter 68(1)(j).
MOTION CARRIED.
Record Pursuant to Section 68(1)
The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on March 9, 2026, was
closed to the public pursuant to Section 68(1) of the Local Governance Act during the
