Call to Order The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order. 1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters Moved by Councillor Ogden, seconded by Councillor Darling: That the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion of the following matters: 2.1 Approval of Minutes - January 26, 2026; 5.1 Land Matter 68(1)(d); 5.2 Financial Matter 68(1)(c,e); 7.1 Labour Matter 68(1)(j); and 7.2 Personal Information 68(1)(b). MOTION CARRIED. Record Pursuant to Section 68(1) The meeting of the Committee of the Whole of Common Council held on February 9, 2026, was closed to the public pursuant to Section 68(1) of the Local Governance Act during the Committee’s discussion of the following matters: 2.1 Approval of Minutes - January 26, 2026; 5.1 Land Matter 68(1)(d); 5.2 Financial Matter 68(1)(c,e); 7.1 Labour Matter 68(1)(j); and 7.2 Personal Information 68(1)(b).
