The Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order.
1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters
Moved by Deputy Mayor MacKenzie, seconded by Councillor Killen:
That the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion of the following
matter: 4.1 Confidential Matter 68(1)(e).
