Call to Order The Deputy Mayor called the Committee of the Whole Open Session Meeting to order. 1.2 Discussion of Confidential Matters Moved by Councillor Sullivan, seconded by Councillor Ogden: That the public be excluded from the meeting for the duration of the discussion of the following matters: 2.1 Approval of Minutes - January 12, 2026; 2.2 Approval of Minutes - January 15, 2026; 5.1 Land Matter 68(1)(d); 5.2 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); 5.3 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); 7.1 Financial Matter 68(1)(c); 7.2 Legal Matter 68(1)(f,j); and 7.3 Financial Matter 68(1)(c). MOTION CARRIED.
