A LAW TO AMEND A BY-LAW
RESPECTING THE USE OF SIDEWALKS
WITHIN THE CITY OF SAINT JOHN
Be it enacted by The City of Saint John in
Common Council convened, as follows:

The By-law Respecting the Use of Sidewalks L'arrete concernant ('utilisation des trottoirs

Within The City of Saint John enacted on the 3rd 2021 est modifie par::
day of May, A.D. 2021 is amended by:
1. Deleting section 19.
2. Deleting subsection 20(2).
3. Deleting subsection 21(2) and
replacing it with the following:
A person who violates any provision of
this By-law, may pay to the City within
45 calendar days from the date of
such violation an administrative
penalty of one hundred and fifty
dollars ($150.00), and upon such
payment, the person who committed
the violation is not liable to be
prosecuted therefore.

dollars (150 $), et une fois
I'amende payee, la personne n'est
plus susceptible de poursuites
judiciaires.
